Class Registration Info
Check out our blog wwwmrsolearys.blogspot.com for pictures and information about upcoming classes so you can plan ahead. The pictures for the classes are sent out on the emails shortly before the class date.
Drop us an email asking to be put on our weekly emails that keeps you updated. I send the images of all the classes and demos out in an 8 X 10 size format so you can print them off for ideas. You can also bring them to the class with you so you have an up close picture to work from
FYI: We do our best to keep to our schedule
but illness and supply availability occasionally cause us to rearrange the demos.
Please call ahead to confirm specific projects.
Attention: class & demo participants
Please bring your basic tool kit and have all your supplies clearly marked with your name. Some tools that are helpful to
have are scissors, C-Thru ruler, cutting mat, X-acto knife w/sharp blade, folding bone, stylus, glue stick & double stick tape.
Ask what tools will be used in any specific class. It is necessary to email or call ahead to save a spot in the classes and demos.
Space and class kits are limited. Without advance notice there may not be enough kits available and only those giving us
advance notice will be guaranteed a table space and product.
Studio Open Workshops
Several times a month our classroom will be available for open studio time. You need to be familiar with a general working knowledge of the tools in the Paper-Crafting Studio and you will need to bring your basic tool kit. Paper cutters, punches, die cutting machine and a variety of hand tools will be available for use. The metal studio has a prerequisite of the metal basics class. The basic metal tools are available for use, but you will still need to bring specialty tools. An instructor will be available to answer simple questions. Food can be ordered from downstairs in the evenings when the Brickyard is open. Cost for the paper studio is $10, the metal studio is $15.

“Metal – Cold Connection 101” The first half of this class is demonstration and information and takes 4 hours. The 2nd part will be at one of the open workshops where you will helped with hand on projects of your choice. You will learn the terms of this art form, what tools you need to set up your own studio and the proper way to use those tools. I will give you detailed information and demonstrations so you will understand the tools and metals. This class is a prerequisite for attending some of the other metal classes and the open studio times. “Nature Box” Part 1 will be the construction of the box. While we are going to use our box to hold our nature treasures, it could just as well be made into a jewelry or other box. $30
